Who am I?

Hello, I’m Courtney! I am a fun, energetic, adventurous and down to earth human who loves to travel and explore the world! When i’m not exploring, I spend most of my time enjoying my dogs, sunshine and bumming around the house.

I’m not fancy. I have worked in hospitality for 15 years and always found myself analysing, comparing, changing and adjusting workplace structures, flows and dynamics.

I get a thrill from meeting new people, learning new skills and testing the boundaries of business.

My true passion is in freelance marketing and hospitality consultancy. I created C J Strategies to give small business a chance to market big without the commitment of a fulltime staff member or lock in contracts.

Marketing can be easy to understand and implement when someone talks your language and removes all that messy and heavy jargon. Marketing strategy should be as personal as your business. Businesses don’t offer identical services, so why should you have identical marketing solutions? Well… luckily for you, I’m here to help!
